Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1/4 lb minced pork

1 onion diced

3 gloves garlic minced

2 egg

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon salt (to taste)

1 teaspoon ground black pepper (to taste)

1/2 cups of grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mixed the ingredients well using bare hand for best result,

Roll the meatballs to about the size of golf ball.

Bake meatballs in oven (350 degree F) for about 20-25 mins and serve as desired.

Note: Cooked and uncooked meatballs is safe to freeze upto 3 months.
