Fried Rice with Bacon and Shrimp

Ingredients:

2 bowls of cooked rice (overnight rice preferred)

4 strips of bacon, cut into cube

10 pieces of shrimps, cut into cube

1 egg

1 cup shredded cabbage, french bean or broccoli

3 gloves garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon salt (to taste)

1 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)

1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (to taste)

Instructions:

Brown bacon in a skillet for about 4 mins until bacon is browned.

Add garlic and continue to stir for another 1 min and add vegetables and shrimp and continue cooking until the shrimp is about 80% cooked.

Then add the rice and making sure the rice are all broken up and not lumpy.

Next, beat the egg in a bowl with salt and pepper and add into the rice and continue to stir until all rice are coated with egg and is ready to serve.
