Green Papaya Salad



Ingredients:

300gm peanut (roasted and pound)

1 clove of garlic (minced)

3-4 chilli

2 tbsp shrimp paste

2 larges lime (quartered)

8 red cherry tomatoes

200gm seabass, tilapia or any white fish (lightly grilled)

1 large green papaya (peeled and shaved into strips)

1tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp palm sugar

1 tbsp tamarind juice

2 tbsp lime juice

Pinch of salt

Directions:

Add salt, garlic and chilli to a motar and pound until everything is evenly crushed. Add shrimp paste and pound until you achieve a chunky paste.

Add lime quarters, cherry tomatoes and grilled fish, pounding lightly until tomatoes are lightly bruised and fish flakes unto large chunk.

Toss green papaya strips and mixed evenly .

Season with fish sauce, palm sugar, tarmarind and lime juice.
